  • Go & See Trip: NY Now


    Craft Scotland will take a group of nine selected makers to visit the trade show NY NOW in New York City from 31 January to 4 February 2015. NY NOW, held at the Javits Center twice annually (in January and August) sees 2,800 exhibiting companies showcasing the very best lines across the home, lifestyle and gift spectrum.

  • Go & See Trip: CRAFT London


    Craft Scotland took a group of selected makers to visit the annual trade show CRAFT in London from 11 to 13 January. CRAFT is one of Clarion Events' spring events, running alongside Home and Top Drawer. Housed in its own specially designed space, CRAFT is home to over 100 contemporary makers, each selected by an advisory panel.

  • Craft Opportunities January 2015


    For our first opportunities round up of 2015 we bring you details of how you can apply to take part in our upcoming Meet Your Maker event with Cambo Estate in Fife. The venue is searching for six makers to demonstrate, showcase and sell their work during a one-day event in March 2015. We also provide details of our Roadshows, which started last week in Edinburgh, and will run in Glasgow, Dundee, Dumfries & Galloway and Inverness over the coming weeks.

  • Meet Your Maker on Craft Scotland TV


    Meet Your Maker originated from our flagship campaign to connect craft makers at work with the public. Together with Summerhall TV, we put together a short film of our Meet Your Maker event hosted by the National Museum of Scotland, so you can find out a little more about our Meet Your Maker campaign.
