Save the date! The Craft Scotland Conference is back in June 2018 in partnership with National Museums Scotland. Makers, curators and industry specialists this is your chance to get inspired, share knowledge and make connections. We are thrilled to announce that Rose Watban will be our guest curator for this conference. Over two days, you will hear insightful talks that focus on the key themes affecting the craft world today.

Rose Watban has curated a number of national and international exhibitions, whilst holding the post of Senior Curator Modern and Contemporary Design at National Museums Scotland. She has worked with contemporary collections since 1995 and was responsible for European glass, jewellery and contemporary craft. Rose was Project Leader for The Cutting Edge: Scotland’s Contemporary Crafts in 2007 and curated the original Meet Your Maker exhibition with Craft Scotland in 2010.
