About Me

Personal Statement

I started Mabel & Eric after turning vegan and seeing that there were not that many places selling accessories that I would wear. I have always had an interest in fashion and being creative. I love to challenge myself learning new things and have over the years trained in millinery, silver jewellery making, shoe making, and screen printing to name a few. I have a background in business both practical and course based that has given me the confidence to make the leap and start my own business. At the moment I am based in a retail space in Airdrie as part of the starting point initiative, which helps fledgling businesses try out retail without any of the costs. It has been a very valuable experience and has allowed me to listen to customers directly. I am working on developing my range and website at the moment to really take the business to the next level.
