About Me

Personal Statement

I turn a wide range of Wood articles, Pens, Hollow Forms, Thread chased Boxes, Boxes, Goblets and more. Prices on application.

Woods used are all hardwoods, locally sourced in the Highlands and include Ash, Beech, Spalted Beech, Birch, Silver Birch, Cherry, Elm, Wych Elm, Burr Elm, which has a character all of it’s own, Sycamore, Yew , Lime, and many more.

Engraving is done by Hand, which I have been doing for over 30 years. Scenes are far ranging which the customer can decide; these are engraved onto Glass, Mirrors, Brass and Copper etc. Mirrors give a better perspective of the design.
